Estimated delivery for metro areas is usually 3 to 7 business days. In some cases, orders may arrive as quickly as the next business day.


Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes, Delaco Panels ships Australia-wide.


Can delivery be delayed?

Yes, delays can occasionally happen due to extreme weather events or disruptions at courier depots.


Will I receive tracking details?

Where are orders dispatched from?

Our orders are dispatched from Woodridge, Brisbane.


Which courier is used for panel deliveries?

Panel orders are delivered through Hunter Express and Northline. In some rare cases, an alternative carrier may be used, and the correct courier details will be shown in the tracking email.


Which courier is used for samples and accessories?

Samples and accessories are shipped using Australia Post, Aramex, or Couriers Please, depending on the destination and shipping method.


Can I contact Delaco Panels to track my order after dispatch?

Delaco’s shipping policy states that once an order has been dispatched, customers should use the tracking details provided, and for panel delivery issues they must contact Hunter Express or Northline directly.


Are delivery timeframes guaranteed?

No, delivery timeframes are not guaranteed unless a specific timeframe has been requested and a custom delivery quote has been approved in advance.


Do you offer flat-rate shipping everywhere in Australia?

No. Flat-rate shipping does not apply to orders going to Western Australia or remote regional areas.


How do I get a shipping quote for Western Australia or regional areas?

Customers in Western Australia or remote regional areas should contact the team at sales@delacopanels.com.au for a custom shipping quote.


What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Panels should be inspected within 24 hours of delivery. If damage is found, clear photos should be taken and emailed to admin@delacopanels.com.au. The fulfilment team will investigate and respond with a solution within 72 hours. Alternatively, you can reach out to our Customer Care team by submitting the form on our Customer Care page here.


How should panels be stored after delivery?

Panels should be stored flat immediately after delivery.


Can the sales team or live chat help with shipping damage claims?

No. Delaco states that shipping and damage claims must be submitted by email, and these claims are not processed by the sales team or live chat support.


Can I purchase Delaco Panels internationally?

At the moment, we primarily serve customers within Australia. However, we may be able to accommodate international orders on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our team directly to discuss shipping options and availability for international orders.


Local Pick Up?

We offer free local pickup of select stock. We need 48hrs after payment is received to fulfil the order or transfer stock. We cannot guarantee availability before order is paid.
